The decomposition temperature is 297 ℃>, mp233 ℃, isoelectric point is 5.79, pka COOH=2.34, Pka NH3=9.60[ α] 25D+14.6 (C=0.5～2.0g/ml, 5mol/L HCl). L-alanine is a nonessential amino acid of human body, which is formed by transferring amino acid of glycine to pyruvate in organism. Maintain low blood ammonia levels in the glucose alanine cycle. Alanine is a good transport tool of nitrogen in blood. It is also an effective raw sugar amino acid.
