Preparation method
Dissolve high-purity zinc acetate in water, add high-purity ammonium carbonate solution under stirring, and convert zinc acetate into zinc carbonate precipitate. Filter ZnCO3, wash with water several times, dry it in a 100*C oven, and burn it to obtain high-purity zinc oxide. Alternatively, dissolve high-purity zinc nitrate in water, add high-purity ammonia water under continuous stirring, and convert ZnN03 into Zfl(OH)2 precipitate. Filter Zn(OH)2, wash with hot water, drain it, dry it, and then heat it to 500-800℃ and burn it to obtain high-purity zinc oxide.
