Method
The zinc ingot obtained by electrolysis is heated to 600-700℃ to melt, and then placed in a high-temperature resistant crucible to melt and vaporize at a high temperature of 1250-1300℃. Hot air is introduced for oxidation. The generated zinc oxide is cooled and cyclone separated, and the fine particles are captured with a cloth bag to obtain the finished zinc oxide product.
Applications
Textile Industry: Zinc oxide can be used for flame retardant treatment of textiles and can give textiles antibacterial and deodorizing properties.
Ceramics and glass industry: Zinc oxide can be used as a glaze or colorant. It is widely used in the manufacturing process of ceramics and glass to improve the gloss and firmness of the glaze.
