1. It is mainly used as a nutritional supplement. It is easy to produce burnt fragrance and chocolate fragrance when heated with glucose, which has the effect of aroma enhancement. It can also be used for biochemical research.
2. As a feed nutrient fortifier, threonine is an essential amino acid. Threonine is often added to the feed of juvenile piglets and poultry, which is the second limiting amino acid of pig feed and the third limiting amino acid of poultry feed. It is added to the feed mainly made of wheat, barley and other grains.
3. Nutritional additives are also used to prepare amino acid infusion and comprehensive amino acid preparations.
4. It is used for auxiliary treatment of peptic ulcer. It can also cure anemia, angina pectoris, aortitis, cardiac insufficiency and other cardiovascular diseases.
