Originally on a 3-month probation, Lu completed all performance benchmarks in just 2 months. She quickly adapted to new systems, ensured zero-error financial operations, and supported cross-department coordination with ease.

Supporting month-end reconciliation with precision
Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth payment flows
